Fissler Adamant® Classic Frying Pan 28 cm

This aluminum frying pan features Adamant® sealing, a non-stick coating made with silicon carbide particles, and is extremely hard and resistant, almost like a rock (greater resistance to scratches and abrasion) and free of PFOA. Cooking is more efficient, you can use the same utensils that we have on hand or that have been used for stainless steel (without sharp edges). The non-stick surface is completely smooth, thus avoiding the introduction of food particles into the seal and food does not stick. The “Cookstar®” encapsulated bottom is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers. This background is specially designed to save energy thanks to its excellent absorption, distribution and retention of heat. The ergonomic safety handle can be hung and is very easy to hold as it protects us from heat thanks to the metal flame protector, it is safe even with wet hands.
