Delivery times

The products will be shipped through transport agencies, sometimes they will be parcel agencies and other times larger agencies in the case of furniture and heavy decoration.

The delivery time for smaller products is usually between 2 and 7 working days, while for larger products, it is usually between 7 and 21 working days depending on the product. This time is almost always indicated in the product description. If it is not indicated and you have questions, please contact us, as sometimes urgent deliveries can be made, at an extra cost. No deliveries are made on weekends and holidays.

Again, please note that if the product is small or medium-sized, the product will be shipped by courier. However, if it is furniture, the agency will be a transport agency dedicated to furniture, so shipping is generally higher.

After the delivery period mentioned above, if you do not receive the product, please contact us by phone or email and we will let you know if there has been any incident with the product, which is usually due to issues related to transport agencies and peak sales periods, holidays, festivities or work peaks, such as "Black Friday" or "Cyber ​​Week", where delivery times may vary from the usual time; PINO & JACARANDA cannot be held responsible for any delay that may occur in the preparation of the shipment by external suppliers as well as in the delivery by the corresponding agency.

For orders from La Cartuja de Sevilla and certain products under custom manufacturing, please note that the factories close in August and delivery times may be slightly delayed. For example, orders from La Cartuja placed between the end of July and August are always delivered during the month of September when the factory resumes its activity.

Place of delivery

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user or to a packing point in a store near their home , always depending on the town or city in Spain or Europe designated by the customer, since home delivery is not possible 100% of the time due to logistical problems with all the transport agencies we work with.

PINO & JACARANDA assumes no liability when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient. The recipient, being responsible for the non-delivery of the product and, as a consequence, for its storage, will be liable for the costs arising from this.

Furniture deliveries are always to the street level , except for certain exceptions for furniture that do include delivery and assembly inside the home, something that we will always indicate in the product description. If the description indicates that delivery is free to the street level or you have any questions, please contact us.

Sometimes, the rise to floors for large volume merchandise is not guaranteed, nor is it no type of assembly or placement simply because agencies or assemblers are unable to provide this service in certain places in Spain and Portugal due to difficult access, geography or other factors.

Whenever you want , and if the furniture does not include delivery to the home, You can request home pick-up/delivery (whether it is a villa, a flat or a multi-storey building) prior economic assessment depending on the product in question, and the client will always be responsible for providing the necessary access to allow such installation (for example, elevators, wide stairs, etc.).

Shipping to the Balearic Islands

Due to the high shipping costs of certain furniture and decoration products and the price increases of transport agencies to the Balearic Islands, all shipments to Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza or Formentera are always quoted differently from those to the Peninsula and may be subject to modifications. In the event of delivery impossibility or modification of the shipping rate, we will contact you by phone so that you can make a decision regarding your purchase and of course you will always have the option of a refund.

International Shipping

We ship to almost all countries in the European Union, EEC and the rest of the world (America, Asia, Africa and Oceania). If you want to get a quote for how much it would cost to send a certain product to any country other than Spain or Portugal, just send us an email to info@pinoyjacaranda.com and tell us what you would like to buy and what you want us to send you.

Please note that customs or import charges are always the responsibility of the customer receiving the product, since once the order leaves the European Union, we are not responsible for the charges incurred by the customs of each country. This is sometimes common in shipments to the United Kingdom (UK), depending on what the customs authorities of this country consider.

Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK) and Customs

Due to the consequences of Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom have been deeply affected by an increase in customs and shipping costs in general and therefore we have disabled the purchase option in this market. If you are interested in purchasing a product with shipping to the United Kingdom, you must contact us by email and we will inform you whether it is possible to send it to you or not.

In addition, on certain occasions it will be necessary to provide a national identity document for the Customs Declaration, whether it is the "National Insurance Number", the passport number or any other type of identification that the customs of this country requests from us, as you can check here:

Although in most cases, providing the ID/Passport is optional for the customer, customs almost always write to us to request it, so depending on the shipment in question, we will contact you to ask for some type of identification, it is a normal process that does not imply any type of change in your order.

Shipping cost

To calculate the shipping costs you only have to add the product in question to the shopping cart and, once you click on " View Cart ", you will be able to see a cost calculator that the shipment will have.

Many products enjoy free shipping . In these cases, we usually indicate it in the description, but make sure you check with the shipping cost calculator in the cart or during the purchase process before entering your card. Don't worry about this last step, you won't pay for your order until you click on "Pay". And if you make a mistake when placing the order, we will refund it as long as it hasn't been shipped (don't worry, you usually have a few hours to cancel it).

Can I change the delivery address?

Changing the delivery address once the order has been collected by the transport agency in question will no longer be possible. Sometimes, depending on the agency, this is possible, but it entails an extra cost.

However, if the product has not yet been shipped, you can always change the shipping address without any problems.
