Change the position of the smart switch to go from Rapid Cooker mode (rapid cooker) to Air Fryer mode (fry with air).

Rapid Cooker mode :

• Speedi Meals (Fast Meals) : The perfect program to cook a complete dish in one pot. Create your own “fast food” Speedi Meal by choosing a grain base and layering vegetables, meat or fish: this preset program will take care of the rest.
• Steam Air Fry (Fry with air + steam) : The air from the steam quickly cooks the ingredients without drying them out. Enjoy fried foods that are soft and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, from vegetables to frozen foods like salmon fillets, without guilt.
• Steam Bake : Make sponge cakes and bread like it's fresh from the bakery, from garlic rolls to biscuit cheesecake, or savory dishes like a vegetable gratin pie.
• Steam : Cook anything you like, from rich vegetables and fish puff pastries to steamed meatballs.

Air Fry Mode (Convection Cooking/Air Frying)

• Air Fry : Quickly circulates hot air for crispy fried dishes using little or no oil – up to 75% less fat than traditional frying methods.** Enjoy everything from steaks to salmon, potato wedges, sweet potato even chicken wings and mozzarella sticks.
• Grill (Grill) : The high temperature coming from the top perfectly caramelizes the top of your food. Ideal for marinated chicken breasts, roasted aubergines or halloumi skewers.

• Dehydrate : Gently dries ingredients using a low heat to prepare homemade appetizers such as jerky, dried fruit, vegetable chips and cocktail garnishes.
• Sear/Sauté (Seal/Sauté) : Use the heat from the bottom to cook things you would prepare on a stove, such as chili, risotto, curries and more. Ideal for searing meats, sautéing vegetables and cooking sauces, whether you're searing a grilled steak before slow cooking it or caramelizing onions to enhance the flavor of a sauce.

Easy to use and clean

Ideal for cooking up to 4 servings quickly. In the 5.7 l cooking pot with non-stick ceramic coating you can cook a roast of 2 kg. Use the Cook & Crisp tray to layer ingredients in the pot for multi-level cooking. Then, store the food inside the pot for easy storage.

For easy cleanup, all included accessories are dishwasher safe. You can also use Steam mode to steam clean the inside of the lid and unit.
