The 3 Cooking Modes of this Multifunction Pot with Smart Lid

1: Combi-Steam Mode

Discover a new way to cook, combining steam cooking with convection cooking for juicier, crispier results. By adding water, broth, wine or other liquid to the base of the pot along with your ingredients (which will be higher up), the steam will create moisture and steam and then brown them on the outside with convection. The result? Perfectly cooked food, more tender and juicy on the inside, and crispier on the outside.

• Steam Meals Function : Cook meals for the whole family in under 30 minutes. Layer main dishes and side dishes in separate layers using the 2-tier rack to cook delicious, complete meals in the same pot. Try fillets with broccoli and fluffy couscous, or perfectly cooked chicken cordon bleu with smoked ham and cheese, or green beans and mashed potatoes. You can easily cook a 3kg roast to tender, crispy results.
• Steam Air Fry Function (Steam + Air Fry) : Crispy vegetables and fresh or frozen foods like salmon fillets with steam-infused air without drying them out; enjoy guilt-free fried foods that are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It's also perfect for quickly cooking a lasagna in a pot with a melted cheese topping.
• Steam Bake Function (Steam Cooking + Baking) : Quickly bake fluffy, delicious cakes, brioches and much more.

2: Pressure Cook Mode

Pressure cooking is up to 70% faster than traditional cooking methods*.

• The pressure cooking uses ultra-high temperature steam to quickly cook tender meals. It is also ideal for tenderizing large pieces of meat, enjoying a juicy beef brisket or pulled pork in no time.
• When your food is finished cooking, Auto-Steam Release will automatically release steam to complete the cooking process. Choose from Fast, Normal or Slow for automatic steam release.

3: Air Fry Mode (Convection Cooking)

Air fry crispy foods with little to no oil – up to 75% less fat than traditional frying methods**. Cook everything from golden chips, French fries and mixed vegetables to fish fingers, chicken wings and salmon fillets.

In Air Fry mode, you can also choose from a variety of other functions or cooking styles – the possibilities are endless!

Easy to use and clean

This multi-cooker includes a removable 7.5 litre non-stick ceramic-coated cooking bowl (holds up to a 3kg roast), a 4.7 litre non-stick ceramic-coated air frying basket (for cooking, for example, up to 1.8kg of chips), and a 2-tier reversible rack – perfect for layering ingredients and cooking full meals on 3 levels, or elevating food for steaming, baking or grilling.

For easy cleaning, all accessories and parts are dishwasher safe (but the main unit is not dishwasher safe).
