Thanks to the metal tab that the lid incorporates, placing it in its correct position is very simple. And thanks to the newly designed pot rim, closing the pot is the easiest thing in the world. When the pressure cooker closes correctly, a click is heard and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green. As long as that is not fulfilled, the pressure does not begin to build.

You can choose between two cooking levels: gentle cooking and fast cooking. The pot incorporates a very practical fill level indicator, located inside, which indicates the minimum and maximum levels of liquid. The detachable handle makes it easy to clean and store the pressure cooker. A very practical advantage for storing several pots or casseroles in the cupboard: they can be stacked by nesting them on top of each other.
