This 20 cm Urban Famer chef's knife is the classic chef's knife in the Urban Farmer collection. Ideal for cutting fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, but also for crushing peppercorns and peeling garlic cloves. It is a true all-rounder.

Urban Farmer Handle

The wonderfully scented handle is made from sustainably grown, heat-treated beech wood. The handle is extremely robust and waterproof. The bolster between the blade and the handle is made of non-slip rubber so that the knife feels safe in the hand, even in wet conditions.

Urban Farmer Sheet

The carbon steel blade is forged from a single piece of steel and has a hardness of 58 Rockwell. The blade is laser precision honed for the ultimate sharp finish.
