The polypropylene handle is attached to the blade with rivets. The ergonomic shape feels comfortable in your hand so you can keep working without tiring your hands. The knives are enhanced with the NSF mark and can therefore be used in the professional kitchen.
X50CrMoV15 steel sheet
The blade is cut from a single piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel with a laser. The production method is cheaper than forging, but you still get very good kitchen knives when the right type of steel is used. The steel is then hardened to 56 Rockwell. The result is that the blade retains its sharpness for longer compared to other brands in the same price range. But that is not all. The cutting edge is also easy to sharpen. Although these kitchen knives are dishwasher safe, we advise you to clean them by hand.
