It has a Novogrill Surface, to fry foods with little oil until they are crispy and with a touch that is reminiscent of the grill. It has a safety lock, when the pressure cooker is closed correctly a click is heard and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green. As long as that is not fulfilled, the pressure does not begin to build.

It includes three cooking levels, in addition to the two classic cooking levels. The Vitavit® Premium line offers an innovative steam cooking function. It works without pressure, so you can look at your food, stir it and season it at any time. With the tri-color traffic light cooking valve, cooking with the pressure cooker is simple and safe. Yellow, the intensity of the fire can now be lowered; green the set temperature has been reached and the cooking time begins to count down and red the temperature is too high and the pressure must be lowered.

The models of the Vitavit® Premium line are equipped with an ergonomic loop-type handle. This ensures safety when handling the cooker, even with wet or grease-stained hands. With an internal measuring scale, the pot incorporates a very practical fill level indicator, located inside, which indicates the minimum and maximum levels of liquid. Its removable handle makes work easier when cleaning and storing the pressure cooker. A very practical advantage for storing several pots or casseroles in the cupboard: they can be stacked by nesting them on top of each other.

Depressurizing the pot is easier than ever, the special Comfort steam release function allows you to precisely control the release of steam. It is no longer necessary to manually hold the device that opened the way. Its "Cookstar®" encapsulated bottom is suitable for all types of cookers, it is also compatible with induction cookers. Ensures optimal absorption, distribution and retention of heat. It is perfect for demanding cooks who want to cook fast but healthy dishes.
