Fissler Adamant® Classic Frying Pan 28 cm

This aluminium frying pan features Adamant® sealing, a non-stick coating made with silicon carbide particles, and is extremely hard and resistant, almost like a rock (greater resistance to scratches and abrasion) and PFOA-free. Cooking is more efficient, you can use the same utensils you have on hand or that you have been using for stainless steel (no sharp edges). The non-stick surface is completely smooth, which prevents food particles from getting into the seal and food from sticking. The “Cookstar®” encapsulated bottom is suitable for all types of cookers, even induction cookers. This bottom is specially designed to save energy thanks to its excellent absorption, distribution and retention of heat. The ergonomic safety handle can be hung and is very easy to hold as it protects us from the heat thanks to the metal flame guard, it is safe even with wet hands.
