This line of Vitavit® Premium pressure cookers offers exclusive features that make it very easy to use and guarantee the highest level of safety. Its lid is very easy to put on thanks to the metal tab that it incorporates. Thanks to the new design of the edge of the pot, closing it is the easiest thing in the world. It has a Novogrill Surface, to fry food with little oil until it is crispy and with a touch reminiscent of the grill. It has a safety lock; when the pressure cooker is closed correctly, a click is heard and the colour indicator on the handle changes from red to green. Until this happens, pressure does not build up.

In addition to the two classic cooking levels, the Vitavit® Premium line offers an innovative steam cooking function. It works without pressure, so you can keep an eye on the food, stir it and season it at any time. The cooking valve with a three-colour traffic light system makes cooking with the pressure cooker simple and safe. Yellow means you can now lower the heat; green means the set temperature has been reached and the cooking time starts to count down; and red means the temperature is too high and the pressure must be lowered.

The Vitavit® Premium line models are equipped with an ergonomic loop handle. This ensures safe handling of the pot, even with wet or greasy hands. With an internal measuring scale, the pot features a very practical level indicator, located inside, which indicates the minimum and maximum liquid levels. Its removable handle makes it easier to clean and store the pressure cooker. A very practical advantage when storing several pots or saucepans in the cupboard: they can be stacked by nesting them on top of each other.

Depressurizing the pot is easier than ever, the special Comfort steam release function allows you to precisely control the steam discharge. It is no longer necessary to manually hold the device that opens the passage. Its "Cookstar®" encapsulated base is suitable for all types of cookers, it is also compatible with induction cookers. It ensures optimal absorption, distribution and retention of heat.
