The Original Pro Collection® line from the prestigious German brand Fissler is the brand's highest range and has been designed by professionals for professionals.

All parts are extremely robust and made of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel. With a satin finish, it is resistant to water stains and scratches. The tight-fitting lid is key, as it retains heat and moisture inside. Thanks to the condensate-plus function, the steam that reaches the lid returns to the inside of the pot, leaving the food with all its flavour, aroma and very juicy. We can speed up the process by placing a couple of ice cubes in the centre of the lid.

It features a “Cookstar®” encapsulated base that incorporates a 6mm aluminium disc that is encapsulated inside, between the base and the body. All visible material is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel.

It is suitable for all types of cookers, and optimized for induction cookers. It provides great energy savings due to the rapid absorption, distribution and storage of heat. The stainless steel handles are large and easy to hold, and they also stay cool while cooking.

It also contains a practical measuring scale built into the inside of the pot to help you measure the amount of liquid accurately.
